Contact me for a free 15 minute phone consult where we can get a sense of if I might be a good fit for you. You can contact me by phone to complete this or request an appointment and I will call you prior to the appointment.

Individual sessions are $120 and couples sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. 80 minute sessions are offered at an additional rate.

I accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

I offer limited reduced rate appointments to assist those with financial hardship.

I am not in network with any insurance plans. Depending on your insurance plan you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement for out of network therapy providers. If you are interested in this, you would need to find out your eligibility from your insurance and inform me that you are planning to be reimbursed through your insurance so that I am prepared to complete the extra documentations steps necessary and discuss those with you to make sure you are in agreement. If you are getting reimbursed from your insurance you would pay for your sessions up front and I would provide you with a super bill/itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance to be reimbursed.

Good Faith Estimate: As of January 1st 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost if you don’t have insurance or are not using your insurance. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You may request a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your appointment. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
